1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all orders:

1.1. Online Payments (Prepaid Orders)

• Net Banking (via major Indian banks)

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

• Wallet Payments (Paytm, Mobikwik, FreeCharge, etc.)

• QR Code Payments (Scan & Pay via UPI-enabled apps)

1.2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes.

• A COD handling fee of ₹ 70/- may apply.

• Maximum order value for COD: ₹ 499/-.

📌 Note: We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders based on delivery location or past order history.

1.3. EMI & Pay Later Options

• Currently, EMI & Pay Later options are not available, but we plan to introduce them soon.

2. Pricing Policy

At Pahadwali, we ensure fair, competitive, and transparent pricing.

2.1. MRP & Selling Price

• All product prices listed on pahadwali.com are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is mentioned on the product packaging, and our website may offer products at a discounted rate as per promotional offers.

2.2. Dynamic Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, government regulations, or promotional campaigns.

• Any price change will apply only to new purchases and will not affect previously placed orders.

2.3. Discounts & Offers

• We periodically run discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers.

• Only one discount code can be applied per order.

• Some promotions may have limited validity or be applicable only on prepaid orders.

• Offers and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. GST & Taxation

• All prices on pahadwali.com are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) as per government regulations.

• Customers can request a GST invoice at checkout for business purchases.

4. Billing & Invoicing

• A digital invoice is generated automatically for every purchase.

• The invoice includes product details, taxes, and total payable amount.

• You can download the invoice from your email confirmation or account order history.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment Processing

5.1. Order Confirmation

• Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with order details.

5.2. Failed Transactions & Payment Errors

• If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

6.1. Refunds for Canceled or Returned Orders

• For canceled or returned orders, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6.2. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions

• If we detect fraudulent activities, we reserve the right to cancel the order and ban the account.

• Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7. Payment Security

We take your security seriously!

• Payments on pahadwali.com are 100% secure and processed through SSL-encrypted payment gateways.

• We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

• For additional security, we may conduct OTP verification for high-value transactions.
