This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our shipping terms, delivery timelines, charges, and other important details regarding your order fulfillment.

By placing an order on pahadwali.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products across India, including metro cities, towns, and remote locations.

International Shipping: Not available at the moment. However, we are working to expand our reach soon!

2. Shipping Charges

We strive to keep our shipping charges reasonable.

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹ 499/-.

Standard Shipping Fee: ₹ 70/- for orders below ₹ 499/-.

Express Delivery (if applicable): Additional charges based on the shipping location and carrier rates.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we ensure prompt processing.

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on location:

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days

Remote Locations & North-East India: 7-10 business days

📦 Please note: Unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or logistics delays may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details and courier partner information.

You can track your order through the provided tracking link on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Rescheduling

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice.

If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier service for a rescheduled delivery.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Order Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at care@pahadwali.com with your Order ID.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on investigation with the courier partner.

8. Unclaimed / Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed attempts will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

At Pahadwali, we ensure the highest packaging standards, but if you receive:

A damaged product

A wrong item

A missing item

📩 Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the order at care@pahadwali.com with:

Order ID

Clear images of the damaged/wrong product and packaging

Any other relevant details

We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable.

10. Cancellation of Orders Before Shipping

You can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
